Our strategic interest follows the Moroccan Kingdom’s push for Dakhla’s regional development. The ongoing and planned infrastructure projects, especially Dakhla Atlantic Port, make us optimistic that Dakhla will become the envisioned future economic center of Africa and economic gateway to the North.
Our starting point is a proposition for new high-end tourism developments. Because our initial analysis points regarding accommodation and tourist offerings are still undersupplied in Dakhla. We believe in a surging demand in tourism and new ways of working for digital nomads, will attract a higher-than-expected number of visitors to what Dakhla has to offer of natural beauty, local culture, and calm serenity. We believe adjacent sectors and investments will follow shortly as we gain experience and as the proposed strategic partnership develops.
