BALTIC SAHARA DEVELOPMENT:
OUR COLLECTIVE PASSIONS MEET PURPOSE

We are a qualified and capable team to make this happen: An experienced Danish-Moroccan-Austrian-team highly competent in real estate development and project management operating with Moroccan and international construction terms.

Destination marketing, green energy investments, development and marketing of high-end holiday homes, apartments and championship experience economy. Our network extends into multiple relevant sectors with our experience in destination marketing. We believe an estimated 2 billion euros investment from our side the next 10-15 years is realistic in tourism and related projects alone, with substantial investments in other sectors to follow along as we explore synergies between our network and Dakhla.

Partnerships are at the heart of the Baltic Sahara Development company. Partnerships foster access to knowledge, skills, experience and network. Other areas of interest in Morocco for Baltic Sahara development would include renewable energy and promoting Moroccan exports like the fishing and agricultural industry in addition to tourism as a commercial and cultural bridge between Northern Europe and Morocco. Sustainability, respect and harness of nature, is the governance at the heart of our purpose and venture. So is business and so is improving quality of life.

BALTIC SAHARA
DEVELOPMENT
VISION FOR TEBRAA

Baltic Sahara Development is a company fully owned by Baltic Sahara Holding. Baltic Sahara Holding is beside the ownership of the current project also involved in investments in the renewable energy sector, agriculture and the industry sector. The mission of Baltic Sahara Development is to invest, support and shape Dakhla to become the future North African destination and epicentre for high quality lifestyle for health, culture, sustainability, and green liveability for improved quality of life.

A commitment to a lifestyle dedicated to investments and knowledge-sharing on infrastructure,
green energy, sports, ecotourism, health, and education for ecotourists, residents and the local community. Baltic Sahara Development’s vision for Tebräa is to build a cultural bridge and exchange trade between North Africa and Northern Europe in general and promoting the area of Dakhla specifically to an international target group.

The vision is to create a 700 hectares eco-sanctuary. a nature reserve by the Dakhla lagune in Morocco’s Sahara, bordering the Atlantic Ocean. The ambition is to curate a full or part time residence and melting pot for the global affluential group of cognoscenti and entrepreneurs who seek kinship experiences, health, wellbeing, and lifestyle. Respecting nature and the townships, the term Biophilia is our inspiration, describing the innate human instinct to connect with nature and other living beings. Our value proposition connected to co-dependency between nature and man is inspiring our architecture and ambition is to design net-zero emitting villages and premium apartments, and semi-detached houses, high-end villas and hotel rooms divided into a handful of smaller, stylish boutique hotels, all in line with Dakhla’s unique nature, local culture, and developments plans. The entire project captures our proposal of a 2-billion-euro investment in Dakhla, creating a significant number temporary construction jobs and a large number of permanent jobs, while attracting new tourists to experience the beauty and magic of Dakhla from 2028/2029 and beyond.

We strive to contribute to the development of Dakhla into a sustainable centre of commerce and tourism in West Africa, through dedicated investments and knowledge-sharing on key segments. Further our vision does also contain schools for education and training of hospitality staff, an international golf & country club with excellent clubhouse, driving range and 18-hole courses, a world class extreme water sport venue, a museum for exhibition of regional ethnicity and culture and much more still being analysed and assessed. Our approach is inclusive in terms local involvement and has the intend pay utmost tribute to history and tradition of the Southern Provinces of the Kingdom of Morocco.

Further we believe that our investments in Dakhla will empower local entrepreneurship to create business opportunities for internationals and equally locals. This will create social welfare opportunities for local jobs, better education, and consequently improved quality of life for all: Guided by the ESG principles, the ecosystem is harnessed, the local communities and the indigenous people and culture are celebrated, and governance will secure fair leadership.
