JAN H. CHRISTIANSEN

Jan is a Danish globetrotting serial entrepreneur with vast experience within automotives, green energy and other sectors. He is a significant shareholder and board member of Denmark’s largest automotive importer, Semler Group. In addition to being politically active in his native Denmark, Jan also has experience as an NGO-board member and chairs the board of leading Danish solar power developer, Green Go Energy, and is connected to Morocco through his wife Sophie. Jan is an active investor in multiple green and renewable technology companies and maintains a wide investor network in Denmark and beyond. Jan’s role is to lead the investments into the project to ensure governance.

GHALI SEBTI

MSc International Business

Ghali held a general manager position at Aluminium du Maroc, while overseeing and actively engaging in selected projects under one of the largest Moroccan family-owned groups. Before his current position with Baltic Sahara Holding, Ghali lived and studied in Europe (+7 years) and attained a breadth of operational experience within various fields such as agriculture, services and metal industries. Both in large corporations and smaller, agile, outfits. He is born and raised in Morocco. Ghali is the project’s local representative, heading day-to-day operations, and Baltic Sahara Holding’s focal point for local stakeholders.

JAN ALBRECHTSEN

Jan is a general manager and a civil engineer (geotechnical specialist) with a long history of developing, marketing and selling +3,000 holiday apartments and villas in Turkey as CEO of Al-con Ltd. Jan also has extensive executive experience as the former General Manager of the German division of Aarsleff (Denmark’s largest developer) where Jan directed the construction of 4,000 wind turbines. Jan’s role is to lead the development, as well as direct the sales effort and get the necessary destination marketing team in place to support sales of real estate.

KARL VON HABSBURG

Karl holds an MBA, MLE and LLM in Business and Law, from IMadec University, Vienna. He was a member of the European Parliament where he was a spokesperson for human – and minority rights for the Christian Democratic Group. Karl has vast experience and passion for protection of cultural heritage and property protection and has since 2003 chaired and been president for multiple organizations, amongst others: Blue Shield International, being one of the big UNESCO Affiliated NGO’s. Karl’s role is to ensure good governance and respecting local tradition and culture with all stakeholders.

SOPHIE EL AMRANI CHRISTIANSEN

Sophie, a Swiss citizen, and Moroccan native, now living in Denmark. Born in Morocco as the daughter of a businessman and diplomat, Sophie early developed an appetite for an international life and has so far lived for more than 25 years in Switzerland, Denmark and The Netherlands but never forgetting her Moroccan roots. Sophie is very well travelled in the world’s luxury hotspots and has ample experience in the fashion, tourism and health and beauty sectors from both a service provider and user angle. Further she is very well S networked in both Morocco and Europe amongst Tebråa’s target group. Not the least did she initiate the whole project by bringing her husband Jan’s attention to Dakhla.

JENS-HENRIK STILHOFF NICOLAISEN

BSc Engineering, Business Diploma

Jens-Henrik is an experienced business executive with a proven track record within major civil engineering and building construction companies in Germany and the Scandinavian/Nordic countries. Among several positions Jens-Henrik has in the period 2012 – 2023 been executive director and chairman of Austrian STRABAG SE’s Scandinavian/Nordic entities within civil engineering and building construction and in the period 2018 – 2024 president and chairman of the German-Danish Chamber of Commerce in Copenhagen. Jens-Henrik will take care of the real estate development organization, construction execution, and executive management of Baltic Sahara Development and Tebräa Development.
